Wouldn't most of the Social Security and Medicare come from payroll taxes, so the income tax calculator is overstating the health share coming from income taxes?

22%on defense - Sorry - you must not be counting all the money spent on programs, not classified as military or defense, but actually are for military purposes - when you include them the figure goes well over 50%.

Did you want to show social programs as exceeding military spending?

Aren't payroll taxes income taxes? If you're self-employed they certainly look that way.
