Virginia Bar Sanctions Tax Lawyer

On Friday, the Virginia three-judge court imposed a series of sanctions against the tax lawyer for violating Virginia Rule 7.1 by providing false or misleading information about his services to potential clients. The lawyer violated the rule which should not be done.
This creates a bad impression on the public.
