Associate Dean Apologizes for Sending Pornographic Email to Faculty Member

Associate Dean Apologizes for Sending Pornographic Email to Faculty Member, Who Was Denied Tenure After Complaining About It (Chronicle of Higher Education), by Andrew Mytelka:

An associate dean at New Mexico State University who was accused of sending pornographic e-mail to a professor has apologized .... The recipient of the e-mail, John Moraros, and his wife, Yelena Bird, were both denied tenure in the university’s College of Health and Social Services shortly after he complained about the e-mailed pornography. The university is now investigating the matter, which also includes James Robinson, head of the university’s health-science department, who rejected the professors’ tenure bids despite a faculty panel’s unanimous vote to approve them.
