House Releases 50 Comment Letters on the Tax Technical Corrections Act of 2007
The House Ways & Means Committee has released fifty comment letters it has received in connection with the Tax Technical Corrections Act of 2007 (H.R. 4195/S. 2374). The legislation would make technical corrections to various pieces of previously enacted tax legislation:
- Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006
- Pension Protection Act of 2006
- Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005
- Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act
- Energy Policy Act of 2005
- American Jobs Creation Act of 2004
- Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003
- Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001
- Tax Relief Extension Act of 1999
