ABA Tax Section Hosts Low Income Taxpayers Clinic Workshop Today in Washington, D.C.
The ABA Tax Section Low Income Taxpayers committee and Pro Bono committee host a Low Income Taxpayers Clinic Workshop this afternoon in Washington, D.C. at the Hyatt Regency Washington immediately prior to the IRS’s 2008 LITC Grantee Conference:
Designed for new and pro bono tax practitioners, this workshop will be presented by high-level representatives of the IRS, the U.S. Tax Court, and academia, and will cover all aspects of appeals cases before the IRS. The program is a repeat of the Workshop held at the Tax Section''s 2007 May Meeting. Attendance is not restricted to IRS LITC employees. All are welcome.
