Joint Tax Committee Releases Report on Private Equity Tax Reform
In anticipation of Thursday's House Ways & Means Committee hearing, the Joint Committee on Taxation today released Present Law and Analysis Relating to Tax Treatment of Partnership Carried Interests and Related Issues:
