Michael J. Graetz (Yale) presents The Politics of Taxation: Then & Now today at NYU. The talk is based on his recently-published book, Death by a Thousand Cuts: The Fight over Taxing Inherited Wealth (Princeton University Press, 2005) (with Ian Shapiro (Yale)) [blogged here].
