Government Abandons Prosecution of Arthur Andersen

Arthur_andersen_1 The Department of Justice has abandoned its prosecution of Arthur Andersen, six months after the Supreme Court overturned the firm's conviction on obstruction-of-justice charges related to its work for Enron:
