Chodorow on God's Tax Reform Plan

Adam Chodorow (Arizona State) has published Tax Reform: What Would God Do?, 108 Tax Notes 1167 (Sept. 5, 2005), also available on the Tax Analysts web site as Doc 2005-1760, 2005 TNT 172-20.
