Is that stump from the tree that the first George W (Washington, that is) chopped down and could not lie about? Yes, the IRC is a big turkey, but it mainly benefits the rich turkeys (elephants, that is) who support the current George W.

True in part. There's also all the pro-labor and pro-union stuff that's in the Code. The Code is like the Thanksgiving dinner where to make everyone happy there's both jellied and berried cranberry sauce, three kinds of gravy, yams with and without marshmallows, 50 different pies, 4000 types of beverages... everything for everybody. That's one way of looking at it.
