Ass't AG O'Connor Speaks at Harvard

Eileen O'Connor, Assistant Attorney General for the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, spoke at Harvard Law School yesterday (April 22). O'Connor discussed the DOJ's role in tax shelter cases, efforts to lower the wall between civil and criminal tax enforcement, and the use of "John Doe" summonses.
